Catalyst is the embodiment of Soul Feeder’s wish to empower talented artists from our community by helping their music to reach a wider audience. All the artists who took part in the compilation were left with absolute freedom, as Catalyst is also meant to encapsulate the incredible sonic diversity that populates our Electroning Avantagardeposting community.

Ranging from EPIPHAGI’s hard breaks, to Clair X ethereal voice and guitar, passing through Naoko’s experimental approach to R&B and Cares’ hectic textures, the compilation doesn’t privilege any genre, giving equal space to club bangers and ambient breathers, to pop and avant-garde.

Intrinsically hybrid, Catalyst wants to be a celebration of independent music making, and of that unique experience that is sharing and collaborating within a music community.
